Suggestion: A scene of fairies, the kind that have evolved into the urban environment. They are streetwise, dress in whatever they can scavenge, get up to mischief, but are essentially benign. The symbolism of elf graffers and fairy painters coming together to create.
Justification: this area needs some brightness but imagery should be gentle, certainly not aggressive. I like the idea of a fantasy world that exists contemporaneously, it being the case that we have lost our ability to see things as they might be, in the way that we were able to when we were young and less knowing.
